Many states have mandatory Harassment Prevention requirements, and the EEOC strongly encourages harassment prevention training.
Management & Staff Development Courses
i2i Workplace offers courses for both Management and Staff Development.
Each course contains 4 specific modules. The 15-minute modules can be taken individually for a quick refresher or as a part of the whole training curriculum.
Take the Certification Test after completing the training and earn a Certificate.

ADA Compliance training will increase awareness and gain insight into legal and practical issues.
Investigations
This is a FREE session that anyone who is leading an investigation should take. An important element in harassment response is solid procedures for complaint handling and investigation. This training will ensure that anyone who is conducting an employee investigation is aware of the possible issues that can arise.
Interviewer Training
Anyone who conducts an interview should be trained on the right way to prepare and conduct an interview. Our training and tools make better, insightful interviewers and better hires!
