National Harassment Prevention Resources (all states)
Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Harassment Prevention Policy This sample policy covers the organization’s commitment to provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants and includes sample language on definitions of harassment, the complaint handling procedure, and prohibition against retaliation.

Summary of Information - a one-page summary of the details of the training for support in completing the certification test. (English) (Spanish)
For non-computer based trainees, print and provide a copy of these three documents: Transcript, Poster, and Test.
1.Transcript of Session A (English) (Spanish) This is the text of the training course which could be provided to non computer-based trainees to complete the training on a self-paced basis. Read transcript, review poster (above), and take the test. Test to be corrected or send as a pdf to Prevent Harassment LLC and we will upload the results to the Management Site or we can email back to the client contact.

3. Tests: Paper-based test of Session A (English) (Spanish) Include this paper-based test, along with the transcript and appropriate poster for a self-paced training for non-computer-based employees. Employees can read training, review poster, and take the test. Tests can be sent to Prevent Harassment LLC as a pdf for creation of a certificate and inclusion in company records/webpage. Trainees have the opportunity to ask questions, and we will provide answers within two days, or sooner.
