Performance Management Training

The Performance Management Training course is part of the i2i Management training series. The performance management course includes modules on these topics:

  1. Delegating a Task or Assignment

  2. Engagement and Motivation

  3. Employee Performance Evaluations

  4. Counseling, Corrective Actions, and Disciplinary Action

Quick targeted 15-minute modules provide tools for effectively handling both common and challenging situations. Each module can be done separately or combined in a one-hour session.

Each module is followed by a quick quiz. After completing the four modules, a test can earn a certificate in Performance Management.

Performance Management Training Portal

The Performance Management Training course is accessed through the Management Training Portal. Here you can enroll in the courses you like to take and watch your progress as you complete the modules within that course.
