Interviewer/ Talent Acquisition Training

Anyone who conducts an interview should be trained on preparing and conducting an interview to put the candidate at ease and avoid legal issues.

The Interviewer Training/Talent Acquisition course is part of the i2i Management training series. Other sections in this series are Performance Management, Talent Management, and Team Development. The Talent Acquisition Management course consists of 4 modules:

  2. Preparing for an Interview

  3. Conducting an Interview

  4. Legal Issues in Hiring

This course also includes access to a bank of over 500 questions based on over 100 attributes, along with two dozen templates for specific positions and workstyles.
