Four Critical Courses: Communication, Efficiency, Customer Service and Employee Wellness
Each of the four courses consists of four modules. The 15-minute modules can be taken individually for a quick refresher or as a part of the whole training curriculum.
After four modules, they can take a test and earn a Certificate of Completion. The training is engaging, rewarding and flexible!

The four Staff Development Training courses are accessed through the Training Portal. Each course has 4 modules. Select the modules and monitor progress as you complete the courses in the series.
