Marcia Hakanson, MBA, SPHR is the founder and CEO of i2i WORKPLACE, a training company that provides e-learning, webinars, and consulting to build diverse, inclusive, respectful, and safe work environments. Marcia has spent her vast career working in training, consulting, and HR policy development.
Her area of expertise spans all aspects of HR and Organizational Development. Areas of emphasis are harassment prevention, management effectiveness and employee communication. She is currently the Lead for i2i WORKPLACE curriculum development and narrator of the modules. She has worked with thousands of small and mid-sized companies as well as multinational corporations to deliver solid, skill-based, practical training in a fun and engaging manner.
Marcia is an expert in Human Resources and Organizational Development. She has worked with customers in 48 states developing curriculum and training staff and management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California Berkeley, an MBA from the University of San Francisco, and a certificate from the City University Business School in London.
Our company name is i2i Workplace, and that is our approach to training: building skills to help employees see each other eye to eye.
i2i also stands for Idea to Implementation. We simplify concepts and provide memorable models for putting those ideas into action.
