Harassment Prevention Training

“Your Company” is committed to providing a work environment that is free of harassment, unlawful discrimination, retaliation and disrespectful or other unprofessional conduct and biases protected by federal, state or local laws, ordinances and regulations.

Below you will find the Mandatory Harassment Prevention Training that is in compliance with the State laws and Federal laws and regulations. This training also supports our company policies to ensure a work environment that is free of harassment, unlawful discrimination, retaliation, bullying or other disrespectful and unprofessional conduct.

Session A - All Employees - All employees must complete the one-hour training session.  This session includes the legal and behavioral issues associated with harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, and includes a discussion of bullying and abusive conduct. Complete the video training, review the poster, then take the short quiz. The training is in English or Spanish.

Session B - Managers, and Supervisors, must complete both Session A and Session B, including the videos, activities, and tests.

After each test, a certificate of completion will be emailed to you.
