Process: Our self-reflection tool allows an employee to assess their own performance with an online rating and input form. Supervisors get the information and add in commentary. Candid dialogue and goal setting is encouraged.

How it works:

STEP 1: Review the sample self-assessments from our bank. We can customize (for example, include your values or job-specific areas to evaluate).

STEP 2: Send out the self-assessment link to staff. Their responses will be posted into a spreadsheet for manager review.

STEP 3: Managers include comments and conduct a dialogue with employees. Managers can suggest training from the portal for skill development. Much improved process!
