New and seasoned Hazelcast managers, supervisors, and team leaders have access to this Management Training Portal with a series of four self-paced courses consisting of 15-minute videos with test questions. You’ll learn how to:

Delegate an assignment
Give meaningful feedback
Write up a useful evaluation or performance improvement plan
And see employees eye to eye!
You’ll get increased consistency, fewer conflicts, better work relationships, and better employee engagement and retention…making your job easier!
From this management portal, you can track your progress. Take the training in 15-minute increments or blast through all four modules in about an hour. After four modules, take the certification test and if you get 80% or higher, you will receive a Certificate of Completion.
