Our training covers training requirements in all 50 states. California laws AB 1825, AB 2053, SB 396, and SB 1343 require specific content and bi-annual training. New York and Illinois mandate annual training. Other states have varied requirements. On the national level, the EEOC recommends ALL employers comply with four elements:
A solid policy against harassment including real life examples
A complaint handling process including multiple avenues of complaint
An effective investigation process to ensure timely, thorough, and well documented investigations
Training for all employees from front line to the CEO
