Harassment Prevention and Active Bystander Intervention Training
This mandatory training program supports our organization’s policy to ensure a work environment that is free of harassment, unlawful discrimination, retaliation, and bullying or other disrespectful and unprofessional conduct. It consists of three sessions:
Session A - All Employees must complete Session A. This session includes national and Illinois-specific information. The content includes legal and behavioral issues associated with harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. Watch the video training then take the short quiz. You will need to answer 80% of the questions correctly to pass or re-take the test. You can take the test 4 times or need to wait 24 hours to re-take the test.
Session B - Managers, supervisors, and team leaders must complete both Session A and Session B, including the video and tests to comply with our policy and state and local law. This session covers practical matters concerning consistency in management decisions.
Active Bystander Intervention Training - All employees must complete this module. It includes examples, how to support your colleagues, and case studies which explore what to do when confronted with an issue. All employees are required to complete this session.
After the test, a certificate of completion will be emailed to you and the employer will maintain the records.
