Workplace Violence Prevention Program

Dear One Workplace Employees –

As part of our compliance with state and federal safety laws, we are required to ensure a safe workplace. Employee training and a written plan for Workplace Violence Prevention are mandated in California by Senate Bill 553.

One Workplace has elected to use an on-line training course developed by i2i Workplace to complete our training. The training will be conducted annually and is available in English and Spanish.

Our Written Workplace Violence Prevention Plan can be accessed via a link below.  Please take a minute to review the plan to see what steps our company is taking to prevent and respond to workplace violence incidents that occur at our facilities.

Workplace Violence Prevention Training.  Click on the button below to access the English or Spanish training after reading the directions below.

All employees must complete the 45-minute training session.  This session includes how to diffuse a tense situation, de-escalating conflict, risk factors, warning signs, and employer communication and response.

Watch the video training and take the 10-question quiz. You must get 80% correct to pass the training, or you can take it again up to 4 times or wait 24 hours.

Be sure to use your company (brand) Email Address to ensure that your training is reported properly. Google offsite employees, use your One Workplace email address.

After the test, a certificate of completion will be emailed to you. Human Resources will also maintain records of completed training. If you have questions about the training, contact Steve Saragoza.

For all training, use access code 792.
