There are two topics mandated in California: Harassment Prevention and Workplace Violence Prevention. Click on the buttons below to access the training. Session A is for all staff, Session B is for anyone in a management, supervisory or lead position.
Harassment Prevention Training
Harassment Prevention Training is due every other year for employers with five or more employees. New supervisors must be trained within 6 months of hire or promotion. This content complies with the California laws AB 1825, AB 2053, SB 396 and SB 1343 and has been updated for 2026.
Use access code 999 for all training.
Workplace Violence Prevention Training
Workplace Violence Prevention training is due annually, along with a written plan. All employees should take Session A. Session B is not part of the mandate of SB 553 but is recommended.
