Harassment Prevention Training

Champaign County Regional Planning Commission is committed to providing a work environment that is free of harassment, unlawful discrimination, retaliation, and disrespectful or other unprofessional conduct and biases protected by federal, state, or local laws, ordinances, and regulations.

Below you will find the Mandatory Harassment Prevention Training that is in compliance with the State of Illinois laws and Federal laws and regulations. This training also supports our CCRPC policies to ensure a work environment that is free of harassment, unlawful discrimination, retaliation, bullying, or other disrespectful and unprofessional conduct.

Session A - All Employees - All employees must complete the one-hour training session.  This session includes the behavioral and practical issues associated with harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, and includes a discussion of bullying and abusive conduct. The legal issues section is specific to the state of Illinois.

Session B - Additional Section for Management - Anyone who works with, interviews, manages, or ensures fairness in the workplace should ALSO take Session B. It includes an additional section on management issues.

Directions: Complete the video training then take the short quiz. The training is in English or Spanish. After the test, you will be prompted to include your name and company. Please use CCRPC for the sake of consistency. If you receive 80% correct, you will get a certificate of completion emailed to you and the records will be provided to HR/Admin. If you do not receive 80%, you get four attempts or will need to redo the training in 24 hours. The test questions are quite simple but please pay attention to the content to ensure comprehension of the material.
