The training is for ALL employees to learn about ways to diffuse emotion, volatility, and irrationality. Knowing what to say in the moment is difficult. Whether with customers, clients, vendors, suppliers, or the general public, employees need skills in how to handle conflicts.  

Our mission at i2i Workplace is positive, productive people. When others do not behave in a professional, courteous way, employees need to know how to respond — what to say and do to diffuse the tension.
