Harassment Prevention Training

Synergy Construction Group is committed to providing a work environment that is free of harassment, unlawful discrimination, retaliation and disrespectful or other unprofessional conduct and biases protected by federal, state or local laws, ordinances and regulations. The State of Illinois mandates that this training be completed each year. In addition, we are requiring Active Bystander Intervention training. This training is required in the City of Chicago and we want to be consistent across the board.

Session A - All Employees - All employees must complete the one-hour training session.  This session includes the legal and behavioral issues associated with harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, and includes a discussion of bullying and abusive conduct. Select Illinois or Outside Illinois as appropriate. Complete the video training, then take the short quiz.

Session B - Managers, and Supervisors, and team leaders must complete both Session A and Session B, including both the videos, activities, and tests.

After each test, a certificate of completion will be emailed to you and your employer will receive a copy.

Active Bystander Intervention - ALL EMPLOYEES must also take the Active Bystander Intervention Training module.
