Harassment Prevention Training

Montecito Village Grocery is committed to providing a work environment that is free of harassment, unlawful discrimination, retaliation and disrespectful or other unprofessional conduct and biases protected by federal, state or local laws, ordinances and regulations. Here employees can access mandatory training for employees.

Session A - All Employees - All employees must complete the one-hour training session.  This session includes the legal and behavioral issues associated with harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, and includes a discussion of bullying and abusive conduct. Complete the video training, review the poster, then take the short quiz. The training is in English or Spanish.

Session B - Managers, and Supervisors, must complete both Session A and Session B, including the videos, activities, and tests.

After each test, a certificate of completion will be emailed to you and the employer will maintain training records.
