Global Safety and Security Induction Training

Miyamoto International, Inc. (Miyamoto) is a multi-hazard engineering and disaster risk management firm providing resiliency expertise that sustains industries and safeguards communities around the world.  Known for successfully executing projects in some of the world’s most challenging environments, the safety and security of all personnel is a top priority. The GSSP contains information on how Miyamoto manages and expects personnel to manage, safety and security risks in its international operations. The information aims to mitigate risks, prevent or minimize potential incidents, and assist individuals to react confidently in crisis or emergency situations.

Before you begin, print and read the Global Safety and Security Plan (GSSP). You will need the manual to refer to policies during the training.

Timed Agenda:

• Safety and Security Induction Video - 15 minutes

• Scenario 1 (video + quiz) 6 minutes

• Scenario 2 (video + quiz) 6 minutes

• Scenario 3 (video + quiz) 6 minutes

• Scenario 4 (video + quiz) 6 minutes

• Scenario 5 (video + quiz) 6 minutes

• Total training minimum = 45 minutes

Process: Quiz questions intend to confirm your understanding of the material. If you miss a question, you will be asked to enter the policies that apply in that scenario. At the end, enter your name (as you wish it to appear on the certificate) and email, and you will receive a certificate of completion from Quiz Maker. Miyamoto will also receive the training records.
