Mandatory Harassment Prevention Training 2023

Davis Aircraft Co., Inc. is committed to a workplace free of discrimination and harassment. This training is part of our regular education of staff to comply with various mandatory state and federal laws. Please complete the training and review our policy and the state/federal poster. We appreciate your cooperation.

Directions for Training:

Session A - All Employees - All employees must complete the first one-hour training session (specific to your location).  This session includes the legal and behavioral issues associated with harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, and includes a discussion of bullying and abusive conduct. Complete the video training then take the short quiz after each section.

Session B - Managers, and Supervisors must complete both Session A and Session B, including the videos and tests, for two total hours of training.

After each test, a certificate of completion will be emailed to you and your record will be provided for the employer. To begin, click the button below.
