Harassment Prevention Training 2025

Core Tech Industrial is committed to providing a work environment that is free of harassment, unlawful discrimination, retaliation and disrespectful or other unprofessional conduct and biases protected by federal, state or local laws, ordinances and regulations.

Below you will find mandatory Harassment Prevention Training with content provided by the State of New York and additional information regarding federal laws and regulations. This training also supports our company policy to ensure a work environment that is free of harassment, unlawful discrimination, retaliation, bullying or other disrespectful and unprofessional conduct.

Session A - All Employees - All employees must complete the one-hour training session.  This session includes the legal and behavioral issues associated with harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. Complete the video training, then take the short quiz. The training is in English or Spanish.

Session B - Managers, and Supervisors, must also complete the second session which includes consistency in managerial decisions. Session B follows the same format of a video, case studies, and a test.

You must answer 80% of the questions correctly, or you can re-take the test up to four times. Once you pass the test, a certificate of completion will be emailed to you, and we will post your training records to the admin site.
