Harassment Prevention Training

The California Farm Bureau is committed to providing a work environment that is free of harassment, unlawful discrimination, retaliation and abusive conduct. Click on this link for the organization’s Harassment Prevention Policy.

This Mandatory Harassment Prevention Training is required by the State of California.

Session A - All Employees - All employees must complete the one-hour training session.  This session includes the legal and behavioral issues associated with harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, and includes a discussion of bullying and abusive conduct. Complete the training, then after each section take the short quiz. The training is in English or Spanish.

Session B - Managers, supervisors, and team leaders must complete both Session A and Session B, including watching the videos and taking the tests to comply with the two-hour requirement.

After each Session, a certificate of completion will be emailed to you and the employer will maintain the records.
