Each course has four 15-minute modules. A module covers one topic and includes a short video presentation with narration, an application exercise, and a short quiz. After completion of four modules, take the test to earn a certificate of completion. Note: De-Escalation and Valuing Diversity are separate modules and test (40 minutes total).
