These mandatory trainings support the corporate policy to ensure a safe and positive work environment and comply with legal mandates in Illinois and Chicago. There are two sessions for staff and an additional session for anyone in a management position.

There are three sessions:  Session A, Active Bystander Intervention, and Session B.

Session A:  All employees complete Session A. Scroll down and click on the blue button with Session A (employees).  This session includes the legal and behavioral issues associated with harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, as well as Illinois state law. 

Active Bystander Intervention:  All employees in Chicago must also complete this session as required by the City of Chicago. 

Session B: Managers. Supervisors, managers, and team leaders also need to take Session B, which is about consistency in decision-making, responding to a complaint, avoiding retaliation, and other important topics.

After each module, there is a short test. A certificate of completion will be emailed to you and your employer will maintain the records.
