Harassment Prevention Training

This mandatory training supports the Township’s policy to ensure a respectful and positive environment and complies with the State laws and Federal laws and regulations. This training also supports policies to ensure a work environment that is free of harassment, unlawful discrimination, retaliation, bullying or other disrespectful and unprofessional conduct.

Session A - All Employees - All employees must complete the one-hour training session.  This session includes the legal and behavioral issues associated with harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, and includes a discussion of bullying and abusive conduct, and IDHR required content. Complete the video training, then take the short quiz after each section.

Session B - Directors and Managers must complete both Session A and Session B, including the videos, activities, and tests.

After the test, a certificate of completion will be emailed to you and your employer will maintain the records.
