Directions for the Training and Development Portal

Please read before starting the training.

Welcome to the Care First Rehabilitation Training and Development Portal. From here you can access a series of courses based on your job group and can receive certificates of completion.

It’s simple to get started:

  1. First time users: Click on the top blue button based on your job group.

  2. FOR THE LISTED CLASSES: These are short 15-minute modules. There is one certification per topic. When you are asked to sign in, Create an Account (small blue text in corner of Login box). Input your name, email, and create a unique password of 8 characters or more.

  3. Once you are into a module, use the NEXT button to scroll through the screens, and the triangle on the left of the video bar to start the video with voice-over narration. After the short video, you will get a few quiz questions and a text box to select one idea from the training and tell how you will implement it to ensure comprehension. Your results will be emailed to you. Take notes on the Workbooks which can be accessed to the right (blue button) or at the bottom of this page..

  4. After all the modules you are ready for the certification test. This test is based on the materials for each group. You must get 80% of the 10 test questions to pass. The training record and a link to the certificate will be emailed to you.

  5. Harassment Prevention and Workplace Violence Prevention are separate courses and you will be tested on each topic and will receive a certificate of completion for each one. Use access code A5016 for Harassment and Violence Prevention.
