Workplace Violence Prevention Program

Dear Boulder Associate Employees,

As part of our compliance with Cal-OSHA safety laws, we are required to create a plan and conduct Workplace Violence Prevention Training to comply with Senate Bill 553. This online training course was developed by i2i Workplace, and will be conducted annually.

Session A: All California employees must complete the 45-minute training session. Watch the video training and take the 10-question quiz. You must get 80% correct to pass the training, or you can take it again up to 4 times or wait 24 hours.

Session B: An additional session for supervisors, managers, and other employees responsible for workplace safety and security. Use access code 665.

After each quiz, a certificate of completion will be emailed to you. Upon receipt, forward to Human Resources as they will maintain records of completed training.
