Harassment Prevention Training
This mandatory training program supports our organization’s policy to ensure a work environment that is free of harassment, unlawful discrimination, retaliation, and bullying or other disrespectful and unprofessional conduct.
Session A - All Employees must complete Session A. Select Session A based on your location (Illinois or National - all other states). It includes the legal and behavioral issues associated with harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. Watch the video training then take the short quiz. You will need to answer 80% of the questions correctly to pass or re-take the test.
Session B - Managers, supervisors, and team leaders must complete both Session A and Session B, including the video and tests to comply with our policy and state and local law. This session covers practical matters concerning consistency in management decisions.
After each test, a certificate of completion will be emailed to you and the employer will maintain the records.
