Workplace Violence Prevention Training

This Mandatory Workplace Violence Prevention Training supports the firm’s policy to ensure a safe work environment.

Session A: Workplace Violence Prevention Training - All Employees - All employees must complete the 45-minute training session.  This session includes the how to diffuse a tense situation, de-escalating conflict, risk factors, warning signs, and employer communication and response. Watch the video training, take the 10-question quiz and complete the 3 case scenarios. You must get 80% correct to pass the training, or you can take it again up to 4 times, or wait 24 hours.

Session B: Managers, Firm Administrators, Partners, and Workplace Violence Prevention Plan Administrators should also complete Session B.

After the test, enter your name and contact details (use your company email please), and a link to a certificate of completion will be provided and your training records emailed to you. Your employer will maintain the records.
