Below you will find the Mandatory Harassment Prevention Training that is in compliance with Chicago, Illinois, and Federal laws and regulations. This training also supports our company policies to ensure a work environment that is free of harassment, unlawful discrimination, retaliation, bullying or other disrespectful and unprofessional conduct.
All Attorneys and People Managers (3 hours)
Session A + Session B + Bystander Prevention Training
All Other Employees (2 hours)
Session A + Bystander Intervention Training
Session A - General Harassment Prevention Training (1 hour)
All employees and partners must complete this one-hour training session. The session includes the legal and behavioral issues associated with harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, and includes a discussion of bullying and abusive conduct. Complete the video training, review the poster, then take the short quiz.
Session B - Supplemental Supervisor Role Harassment Prevention Training (1 hour)
All attorneys and people managers must complete this supplemental one-hour training highlighting the unique responsibilities these roles have in providing a harassment free work environment.
Bystander Intervention Training (1 hour)
All employees and partners must complete this one-hour training session. The session includes information about the legal and behavioral issues associated with harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, and includes a discussion of bullying and abusive conduct. Complete the video training, review the poster, then take the short quiz. The training is in English or Spanish.
After each test, a certificate of completion will be emailed to you.
