Harassment Prevention Training
Instructions for taking the training:
Michigan employees of Labor Unions and agencies are required by law to complete Michigan Harassment Prevention Training. The EEOC also strongly encourages ALL employers to conduct training for all employees from senior management to front-line employees to be sensitive to the issues of harassment. This training provides insight into federal and state employment laws regarding discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and hostile work environment.
ALL employees take Session A. Managers, supervisors, team leaders, and executives take Session A + Session B.
