In addition to our flagship harassment prevention training in 8 states (and international), we are continuing to expand our product offerings and have a few new products to introduce to you:
· Job Descriptions - we created job descriptions for a large group of golf courses, a 100-person construction company, and a world-famous winery. To streamline the input process, we developed a tool where you can input all the details, create a custom document for managerial and incumbent review, and make global changes. · Vaccination tracker (VaxxTraxx): We had a home health organization that needed to track vaccinations, so the VaxxTraxx was created.
· Performance Management - We had another client who wanted a simple on-line form with a means of sharing the data with managers and getting employee input. The solution also included our management training on Coaching and Evaluation.
· Safety Training - We created a safety training video for the global team from a webinar and powerpoint deck. The solution included a test, a certificate, and records management.
· Onboarding - We created a custom video on vision, mission, and values for a client's onboarding program. The training includes a way to track completions and get an employee evaluation of the onboarding process. We can create custom training programs if you provide the content!
· Interviewing Training - We have presented in-person a four-hour interviewer training course that includes an exercise on developing focused questions for a specific position. With Covid making in-person training tricky, we crafted the course into a modular training with access to a bank of 500+ questions to ask (and those to avoid from a legal standpoint). We swept the course into our Management Series offering, so that is now included in the series of 24 managerial/supervisory modules. We have many clients offering the series to remote or in-office managers and supervisors to support them in managing a remote work team, delegating assignments, giving feedback, and other critical topics. Hopefully you are ramping up hiring...anyone who participates in an interview should be trained. The course can be purchased separately or included as part of the series.
· Staff Development - We adapted our communications module for a client with global operations. We like the content so much, we developed two courses for staff, including listening, conflict resolution, time management, project management, and other skill-based classes.
